Head of PR & SoMe

Norm Architects is looking for a Head of PR & SoMe to lead our communications and social media presence, and to manage our small PR/SoMe team. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution – from handling press inquiries to creating a story for Instagram, from writing a press release to updating the website with our latest project.

At Norm Architects, we work across architecture, interiors, and product design with a shared belief in timeless, functional design rooted in Scandinavian tradition. We’re a close-knit studio where craftsmanship and aesthetics matter in everything we put out into the world – including how we communicate. Joining us means shaping the voice and visual presence of a studio that cares deeply about the details.

About the Role

• Manage incoming inquiries from journalists, collaborators, brands etc.
• Coordinate photoshoots, launches, and interviews
• Plan and create content, posts, and stories — primarily Instagram and LinkedIn
• Copywriting for social media
• Manage our online community and engagement
• Plan and execute our newsletter (EDM)
• Write and layout press releases
• Update our website (WordPress) with new projects, designs and exhibitions
• Maintain our image bank (Vocast)

About you

• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• A good eye for aesthetics, with an instinct for what looks and reads right
• Experienced in planning and executing PR and social media strategically and professionally
• Able to adapt to our tone of voice and visual identity, while bringing your own ideas to the table
• Comfortable collaborating with architects, partners, photographers, social media managers, and our creative chief
• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Vocast, and WordPress is a plus

Norm Architects is an award-winning architecture studio based in the heart of Copenhagen working on projects all over the world. We specialize in high-end hospitality, hybrid spaces, office and retail, house transformations, bespoke new-build houses, and small-scale developments.

Practical details

• Application deadline: September 30, with interviews conducted on a rolling basis.
• Location: Copenhagen (on-site with the possibility to work from home occasionally)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Hours: Approx. 30-37 hours/week
