Dan Bakstudio Bar Stool

| | | Bespoke

The Dan Bakstudio Bar Stool is based on the same design language as the bespoke dining chair, translated into a taller and more upright form.

Made in solid Douglas fir with paper cord braiding, the stool is composed of straight horizontal and vertical elements, giving the piece a clear, graphic expression. Extended legs elevate the construction, while an integrated footrest adds both function and structural rhythm.

As with the dining chair, the closed frame in side view creates a sense of visual continuity, while the slightly angled backrest provides comfort without disrupting the design’s architectural clarity. The woven seat and backrest soften the precise timber structure, bringing texture, tactility, and a crafted presence to the piece.
