Experienced Senior Designer

We are looking for someone with: 

• An aesthetic approach that resembles that of the studio proven through portfolio
• 7+ years of experience within hospitality design (you have managed at least one hotel project from concept design to construction completion – preferably for a high-end hotel brand
• Experience from building site
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills e.g., the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, trades etc.
• Demonstrable experience of leading projects from feasibility through design to delivery
• Strong design, technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills, full proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe CS and SketchUp skills are essential
• Experience of running design and technical reviews
• Commercially savvy to spare with the client
• Ability to plan and strong organizational skills
• Strong conceptual design abilities and adept at detailing
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
• A proactive, positive and self-driven attitude
