Norm Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years’ experience in high-end hospitality and residential interior design and architecture to join our team in Copenhagen.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • An aesthetic approach that aligns with the studio’s vision, demonstrated through a strong portfolio
  • Over 10 years’ experience in high-end hospitality and residential interior design and architecture
  • Experience on construction sites
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, and tradespeople
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
  • Strong design, technical, graphical, and 3D modelling skills; proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is essential
  • Experience conducting design and technical reviews
  • Commercial acumen to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong technical design capabilities
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude
