A Thoughtful Stay presented design through the lens of hospitality. Created for Salone del Mobile, the exhibition was conceived as an intimate boutique hotel, where a sequence of domestic spaces invited visitors to experience furniture through atmosphere, use, and presence.
Designed in collaboration with Keiji Ashizawa Design for Karimoku Case, the installation brought together Scandinavian clarity and Japanese sensibility in a setting shaped by light, material, and carefully composed transitions. Rather than presenting furniture as isolated objects, the exhibition explored how each piece could support moments of arrival, rest, gathering, and reflection.
Rooted in care and restraint, A Thoughtful Stay reflected our ongoing interest in how design can host, shelter, and shape the experience of everyday life.
